Cabinet Office's Kate Dixon takes inspiration from a recent gender summit with EY to rethink about how we can have more effective flexible working arrangements.
Kate is Deputy Director - Economic and Domestic Secretariat in the Cabinet Office.
She's currently on loan from the Department of Health where she was chair of the DH women's network, and leading on the cross government gender project around supporting design of more flexible teams and roles on behalf of Melanie Dawes as gender champion.
