John Norcliffe is now in a role leading Talent, Diversity and Inclusion across his directorate in HM Revenue & Customs. He won the overall award for Diversity & Inclusion in the 2015 Civil Service Awards, having won the Championing Ethnic Minority People Award at the Civil Service Diversity & Inclusion Awards earlier that year.
