A new cross-government campaign - launching on 17 June, to coincide with Loneliness Awareness Week - will encourage people to talk about loneliness. The team behind it introduce two colleagues who speak about their own experience.
The Tackling Loneliness Strategy Team
The Tackling Loneliness Strategy Team is a cross-government team established in January 2018. It includes a representative from each of the nine government departments contributing to the work. We work across government on strategy, a fund, and a campaign, supporting the development of the evidence base on loneliness. It also supports the Cross Government Ministerial Group on Loneliness.
