Charlotte Dring, Private Secretary to DCLG Perm Sec Melanie Dawes, looks at her career in the Civil Service in the light of the recent Bridge Group report.
Charlotte was born in Cleethorpes where she lived with her Mum, Dad and sister up until moving to Durham for University in 2006. After University she worked for Humberston Academy and North East Lincolnshire Council before moving to London to join the Civil Service Fast Stream in 2012.
