The 7th Civil Service Diversity and Equality Awards were held on 10 October at the Ministry of Justice. Presented by the Permanent Secretary to the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Sir Simon Fraser and BBC presenter Sian Williams, the awards celebrate the work done by civil servants to promote best practise across government.

The 6 categories were:

  • Champion of Disability Issues
  • Employee Network
  • Excellence in Service or Business Delivery
  • Inclusive Employment
  • Leading, Championing and Role Modelling
  • Understanding and Engaging with Communities
